Insurable Crop Eligibility Requirements:

• Only wheat Barley and Oats seeded for harvest as grain.
  

Uninsurable Acreage

• Any acreage destroyed and not re-seeded if it was practical to re-seed before the final plant date
  
• Winter wheat or barley planted after the final planting date.
  
• Acreage inter-planted with another crop.
  
• Acreage on  which a crop was not planted & harvested in one of the previous three years.
  

Insured Causes of Loss:

• Any adverse weather conditions such as rain, frost, hail, excessive heat, wind, wet cool temperatures.
  
• Insects and plant disease with proper disease and pest control measures.
  
• Wildlife, birds, earthquake and fire.
  
• Failure of the irrigation water supply source occurring after planting.
  

Yield/Production Guarantee:

• Yield Guarantee is based on the grower's Actual Production History (APH) average yield for the grower.
